Some of these units seem beyond repair, you know what I'm talking about, right? The appliances are the old white ones, 2 inch beat up baseboards, the fans are from a Golden Girls episode etc. The seller has to fork out money on these minor upgrades and they are living on a fixed income. But what about those floors? How can you list this condo with this floor and get the price your client wants?
